Osceola is located in Mississippi County, the easternmost county in Arkansas. It is 16 miles south of Blytheville, the other county seat of Mississippi County, along Interstate 55, and 172 miles northeast of Little Rock. It is approximately 50 miles north of Memphis, Tennessee, along the Mississippi River.
