Welcome to the AirTkt.com website. Use of the Site is governed by the following terms and conditions

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

  • Airfares and reservations are not guaranteed until payments are collected. From the time of booking until the ticket is issued, sufficient funds must be available on the credit or debit card. If there are problems processing the card, be it for lack of funds or restrictions, we will not guarantee the price quoted at the time of original booking or subsequent booking(s).

  • All tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

  • First name and last name of each traveler must be entered into the reservation exactly as it appears on your government issued identification, be it your passport, driver license or other acceptable forms of identification as may be required.

  • We may split your total charge into two parts, airfare and a non-refundable AirTkt.com booking fee. Combined total amount will be the same as quoted and authorized by you at the time of booking. Wherever applicable the booking fee will be included with in the total fare.

  • Prices do not include airline baggage fees.

  • Customers who purchase trip insurance from Travelex are responsible to contact Travelex directly for any travel insurance changes, cancellations, clarification or claims.

  • All customers travelling internationally will be required to obtain and carry necessary travel documents including but not limited to, passport, visa, and advanced parole etc. Traveler is responsible for the review of travel restrictions to determine and obtain all required travel documentation ahead of the originating travel date as may be necessary. Neither AirTkt.com nor its agents are responsible for providing answers to specific questions related to travel documentation requirements.

  • All cancellation and exchange requests must be initiated at least four (4) hours before scheduled departure. If allowed by the airline fare rules associated with the ticket(s) issued may be refunded or exchanged for the original purchase price less the applicable airline penalties, plus any fare difference between the original fare paid and the fare associated with the new ticket(s). In addition, AirTkt will charge a change/refund fees. AirTkt.com has no control over airline penalties associated with refunds or exchanges.

  • A ticket loses all value if/when the passenger associated with the ticket during any part of the travel does not show up at the check-in counter or cancel the booking at least 2-4 hours before scheduled departure or as required by specific airline rules.

  • Customers desiring to make last minute changes (within four hours of scheduled departures) must contact the airline directly for assistance.

  • International travel often includes multiple airlines, each with an individual set of fare rules. If more than one set of fare rules are associated with the total fare, the most restrictive rules will apply to the entire booking.

AirTkt, in providing travel management services, does not guarantee or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. AirTkt.com is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of travel products. AirTkt.com shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

Once tickets have been issued there may be a penalty involved for refunds. Discounts offered may vary depending on a number of factors including airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (low, mid or high season), advance notice provided, and flight load.

You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the site (as well as for use of your account by others). You are responsible for any bookings made by persons under your direction or control. You also confirm that all information supplied by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the site is true and accurate. Further you also confirm that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor. Without limitation, any exploratory, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of the site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of the Site may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

A) You should reconfirm all your flights at least 72 hours prior to departure. You must check in at least 2 hours prior to departure and present yourself at the gate for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to departure (1 hour for Air India).

B) Government issued valid photo identification is required for all domestic flights. Valid passport and valid travel documents required for all international flights.

Our website may offer you a cheaper fare from or to the surrounding airport of your city of origin and/or destination. Website will indicate in case the fare is cheaper from any nearby airport .We normally consider all surrounding airports within the distance of 60 miles from your desired airport. Choosing nearby airport can save up to 20% on your airline ticket. Please note that this is your responsibility to review your itinerary carefully and make a note of each airport you have selected and booked.

Please note your seat, meals, frequent flyer & other special requests is a request only. The airline reserves the right to apply any revisions to the requested seat allocation without notification. All requests should be verified with the airline. We do not guarantee you will be assigned the seat you have requested. We also do not guarantee that your meal, frequent flyer & other special requests will be sent to and confirmed by the airline. It is therefore recommended you contact your airline directly to confirm these requests.

Each airline sets its own rules and regulations for children under 12 (few airlines under 17) traveling without an adult passenger. Some airlines may not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult co passenger. Some airlines will only allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights and the flight time must not be early morning or late evening. Minor cannot be booked on a last flight of the day. All airlines charge additional fee for unaccompanied minor and this fee is not included in the ticket price. This fee is payable to the airline directly at the airport. You must call the airline to verify rules and restrictions and applicable charges for unaccompanied minor traveling alone.

Many airlines do not offer E ticket for infant. Please contact customer service after you complete infant booking.

All airline tickets are 100% non-refundable & non-transferable. Rules and restrictions about cancellations are specific to airlines and apply at all times. In certain cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler with travel on the same airline. An applicable penalty and a fare difference (if any), will be added in these cases.

Date change on completely unutilized domestic ticket:​ A cancellation fee starting from $50 per person per ticket must be paid to us at the time of cancelling the booking; we retain this fee. Fully unused domestic tickets can be changed before the first travel date, where ever permitted by the airline as per the fare rules with the applicable change fee of $100.00 to $200.00 plus any difference in fares. Fee varies airline to airline. Agency processing (ticket exchange) fee may apply. The credit will be held for a limited time period, please ask the customer service agent for the specific date by when you must use this credit or you will lose the credit amount.

All changes must be done prior to departure of your first flight segment or whole unused ticket has no value. Airline does not give any credit if the new ticket price is less than the original ticket.

The credit will be held for a limited time period, please ask the customer service agent for the specific date by when you must use this credit or you will lose the credit amount.

All changes must be done before first travel date or whole unused ticket has no value. Airline does not give any credit if the new ticket price is less than the original ticket.

Return date change on domestic flights:​ For domestic travel return flight may be changed where ever permitted by the airline as per fare rules with the applicable change fee of $100.00 to $200.00(varies airline to airline) plus any difference in fares. Agency processing (ticket exchange) fee may apply.

Return date change on international flights:​ For international travel return flight may be changed where ever permitted by the airline as per fare rules with the applicable, change fee of $150.00 to $450.00 (varies airline to airline), plus any difference in fares. Agency processing (ticket exchange) fee may apply. All return date change must meet maximum validity of your ticket.

24 hours cancellation: If you need to make any changes, we’ve got you covered! You will be able to cancel your ticket within 24 hours from your original ticket purchase. Our agency fee applies ($50 for domestic & $75 for International). We offer 24x7x365 customer service for change, cancellation and refund assistance. However, you can opt-in to our Travel Assist plan, for a minimal fee which will cover all travelers. Travel Assist plan allows you to make changes or cancel your flight within 24 hours from your original ticket purchase without having to pay standard cancellation fee.
After 24 hours, standard airline cancellation rules will apply.

Basic Economy Fare: The Basic Economy fare is the lowest fare option offered by the Airline. Basic Economy fares bring you the same Main Cabin experience at a lower cost, in exchange for some airline restrictions: No free checked bag, restriction on carry- on bag, seats are assigned at the airport and upgrades are not available. Tickets are non- refundable and non-changeable.

Domestic fully unused tickets: All domestic airline tickets are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances including the serious illness. However if the ticket is cancelled correctly at least 2 hours before the first flight then the passenger is entitled for a credit with the airline minus the applicable airline/ agency fee. Airline fee range from $100.00 to $200.00, fee varies airline to airline. Credit is not possible in case of a no-show and if the flight is cancelled after the cancellation deadline. Processing fee of $50 will apply.

Domestic partially used tickets: All domestic partially used or no-show tickets have no refund or credit value.

Fully unused tickets for India: Most of our tickets to India are wholesale tickets and are refundable after paying the applicable airline fee. Refund fee range from $200.00 to $450.00 or more. Fee varies airline to airline. All refund requests must be sent via email prior to departure of your first flight segment else unused ticket will have no value. Refund is not possible in case of a no-show and if the flight is cancelled after the cancellation deadline or if the fare rule do not allow refund. Processing fee of $75 will apply. You must call us and talk to a live agent to confirm if we have received your refund request.

International fully unused tickets: Most international tickets are non refundable. In certain cases airline may allow cancellations and a credit may be available for future ticket purchase on same airline for same passenger. Reissue (exchange) fee apply from $200.00 to $400.00 or more depending on the airline and fare rule. Usually the credit is valid for one year from the date of original purchase (date of issue). Tickets must be cancelled prior to your first flight segment. Processing fee of $75 will apply.

All refund requests must be sent via email to AirTkt.com. You must call us and confirm if we have received your refund request. Refund is not possible after departure. For complete details of fees and charges please call us or the airline. Few International tickets with conditional promotion or sale are non refundable and may not be used for future travel.

International partially used tickets: All International partially used and no-show tickets have no refund or credit value.

Airlines may change flight schedules or cancel the flight due to technical reasons or to meet their operational needs. Weather conditions may also cause such changes or cancellation. In such cases the airline will make every attempt to re-protect the passengers for an alternate date or flight. Airlines may offer credit or refund if they fail to provide an alternative under their applicable rules.

Airlines may change schedules at the last minute or without any prior notice. Passengers are solely responsible to reconfirm their flight status with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. Passengers should check their email/phone on file with us before and during their travel as they may receive important travel information including schedule change and more.

When you learn your flight has been rescheduled or cancelled, please reach us 24x7x365 at 800- 247- 4775 or flightstatus@airtkt.com. We will research the changes made by the airline and will advocate on your behalf for the best possible resolution meeting the airline's schedule change policy. It's to be noted here that rebooking is not possible or a penalty/difference in fare may apply in case the passenger is not able to fulfill their obligations and miss their flight, passenger voluntarily reschedules their flight, passenger refuses to accept the alternate option provided by the airline or wanting to rebook a flight which doesn't fall under airline's reschedule policy. Each schedule change service provided by us is subject to an additional agency service fee of upto $75 per passenger.

Please note we do not take any responsibility - financial or non financial in case of such schedule change or flight cancellation.

Please note that airlines periodically change prices and availability that may cause fare change or fare error therefore price selected and booked is not guaranteed until all requirements are met and ticket is issued. Fare may change even after the completion of the booking on the website. We will notify you of any fare changes ASAP and we do not take any responsibility - financial or non financial in case of such fare changes. We will advise you the new fare/alternate options and at that point you may either cancel or still purchase the ticket at the new applicable fare. You have the right to refuse and cancel the booking at no cost to you if there is a fare increase/error.

a) Passport: All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport for international travel.

b) Visa: Visa requirements are strictly the responsibility of each passenger and AirTkt.com assumes no responsibility for denied boarding or denied entry for failure to have these documents in order.

Specific entry restrictions and travel advisories have been implemented as a result of the global Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19).Prior to departure, all passengers with upcoming travel plans should review all Covid-19 mandates, current COVID travel restrictions, mandatory quarantine requirement and re-confirm their flights directly with the airlines. Some airlines now require passengers to fill out health declaration forms, which must be completed at the airline's check-in counter. Allow extra time at the airport before your flight to complete these forms. Many countries have entry or transit restrictions in place; due to the ever-changing nature of the regulations we strongly advise you to check with your airline before you travel.

Before entering or transiting their country, some countries require foreign visitors to have an International Certificate of Vaccination (aka Yellow Card) or other proof that they have had certain immunizations or medical tests (such as COVID-19). Check the Country Specific Information and contact the airline or foreign embassy of the country to be visited or transited through for current entry requirements before you travel.

Your transaction with AirTkt.com does not guarantee entry into the destination/transit country. The passenger understands that AirTkt.com accepts no responsibility for determining the passenger's eligibility to enter or transit through any particular country/destination. AirTkt.com's information, if any, must be verified with government authorities. Such information does not imply responsibility on the part of AirTkt.com.

The price of this ticket may include taxes and fees, which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities. These taxes and fees, which may represent a significant portion of the cost of air travel, are either included in the fare, or shown separately in the TAXES box (as) of the ticket.

When there are two or more airlines involved for connecting flights or if you have a long layover in transit (over six hours)   then you may have to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue your journey. Transit visa  requirements applies depending on your nationality.  You are also advised that in these cases if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first bag checked-In. Baggage fees range from 15 USD up to 50 USD or more depending on the size and weight of the bag and are per checked bag. These fees are to be paid directly to airline upon using such service. You must contact  the airline directly for the latest fees on check baggage and policy as it relates to baggage/re-check-in. Please call airline/Embassy or Consulate for any transit visa requirement.

a) AirTkt.com acts only as an agent of the respective airlines and is therefore not responsible for any lack of performance on the part of the airline or any other travel supplier. In the event that an airline fails to perform, the airline (not AirTkt.com) is responsible for any refund due. AirTkt.com is not responsible for any act, mistake or error, omission, injury, any loss or accident, damage of any type, nonperformance or underperformance or any consequence thereof, which may be arise due to neglect or error or any other act or any type of inaction of any supplier of travel product and services.

b) Liability for loss, damage, or delay of baggage is solely the responsibility of the airline.

c) You are also subject to the terms and conditions stated on the airline ticket.

d) It is your responsibility to examine your ticket/receipt / itinerary upon receipt to ensure that your travel dates, origin and destination cities, and other information are correct. If you fail to do so, AirTkt.com will accept no responsibility for any discrepancies.

e) AirTkt.com have no control over the printed priced on the tickets, some tickets shows BT or BULK fare on them, some other tickets may show a particular value and this value may be different from the fare collected( lower or higher).

f) AirTkt.com may refuse any ticket purchase or service to any customer If the company is unable to verify credit card information, card holder is not contactable to verify and authorize the charge or if company suspects any fraudulent activity on the purchase. Service may be refused by AirTkt.com if the online transition is not meeting their terms and condition and company policy.

Payment can be made by Western Union, credit card or debit card (Visa, Master, Discover, American Express or Diners Club).

A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify with the card company that the billing addresses and other information provided by you are accurate. Until such information is verified, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing company or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in fare or any other charges that may occur during our verification process. At times when the fare selected is not available an approval code may have been taken on your credit card, if the transaction is not completed the approval code may block your available credit for a time period until the bank removes the block.

Third party credit card payment requires authorization from the card holder. Ticket purchase is not complete unless we receive an authorization from the card holder. We will notify you if your credit card is not valid, any information is missing or entered incorrectly or funds are not available. In such cases ticket will be finally processed once we talk to the card holder and settle the discrepancy.

You agree to be responsible and fully liable for any and all credit card payment, dispute or any other issue such as fraud made to us or to any of our supplier .You agree to pay AirTkt.com in case of any fraud or charge back.

I understand and agree that once I pay for this ticket I will not receive a refund of any portion of the money I paid for this ticket, under any circumstances unless fare rules permits. Buying tickets by credit card, I will not be able to file a challenge to the charge that will be placed on my credit card and I hereby waive any rights to challenge the charge. I instruct the credit card issuer to fully and completely ignore any such challenge and not to forward any such challenge neither to the airline on which this ticket entitles to travel nor to the travel agency that is selling me this ticket.

When you receive the statement, you will find the total charges on your card will be the same as agreed but it may split in more than one transaction with break down such as (airline name + agency fee = total charge) for each passenger. If you have more than one airline, charges may split in both airlines names plus agency fee in total for all passengers together. Agency fee will appear as Eros Tours and Travel.

All charge back is subject to $50.00 reprocessing fee for each passenger on top of the original charge.

All fares are inclusive of agency service fee. Wherever applicable, the agency service fee will be included with in the total fare displayed. Agency service fee is charged per person for all passenger types to provide value such as call center support, 24x7 toll free phone, ticketing, quality control, technology automation etc. The service fee on airline ticket range between USD 0.00 to USD 28 or more based on fare type, availability, seasonality, referral source and destinations, car booking USD 5, hotel booking USD 10, cruise booking USD 20. Additional last minute processing fee apply for urgent travel. For all last minute bookings we undertake added security step to prevent any fraudulent charges made to your card by unauthorized users. These security steps includes card verification with your financial institutions, early fraud alert on your purchase, use of fraud prevention tool, authentication of charge authorization and more. These added security steps cost us more than usual and we try to cover some of that cost by charging "last minute processing fee". This fee helps us to serve our customer at the last minute with full promptness and security. Agency service fee is subject to change prior to any advance notice, fee is non refundable and will also be charged in case you decides to cancel or change your booking under applicable airline / supplier rules. If you need any clarification regarding this fee, please call us before you complete your booking.

Your charge may split in more than one transaction and may appear with break down in your statement.

Breaking down the charges by us enables you to save 3-4 % on your purchase. You will find the total charges on your card will be the same as agreed but it may split in more than one transaction with break down such as (airline name + agency fee = total charge) for each passenger. If you have more than one airline, charges may split in both airlines names plus agency fee in total for all passengers together. Agency fee will appear as Eros Tours and Travel.

All refund requests must be in writing and take 4- 7 weeks.

A) Refunds are not possible in case of flight delays, however airline always try to provide you the best possible alternate.

b) Delays in ticket deliveries lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets (E - Tickets are recommend where available).

AirTkt.com is not responsible for the pricing and availability of any products sold through its website. Periodically Airlines and suppliers may change prices and products may be sold out before AirTkt.com is able to update the website. Airline ticket availability and pricing is not guaranteed until the credit card is authorized and the tickets are issued. Cancellations and changes to your flight may not be permitted and may carry penalties of up to 100%.

This transaction is made and executed in the County and City of Los Angeles in the State of California and shall be controlled in substance and procedure by California law. Should it become necessary for you or for us to take any court action, including small claims court actions, regarding any dispute that may arise from this transaction, you acknowledge and agree that the court action shall be filed and take place in the court district of our California corporate address in Los Angeles and shall be controlled, in substance and procedure, by California law. We acknowledge and agree to the same. The prevailing party in such an action shall be entitled to recover attorney's fees, court costs and related litigation expenses.

Federal laws forbid the carriage of hazardous materials on the aircraft, in carry on and/or in checked baggage, please check the link below for detailed information and exception.

Your must reconfirm with the respective airline prior to your flight regarding rules and exceptions pertains to hazardous materials.

Premium Travel Assist plan allows customers to cancel their bookings within 24 hours from the time of their original ticket purchase & have other post-ticketing benefits for a minimal fee which will cover all travelers without subjecting you to our standard administrative cancellation fees. However, the difference in fare may apply in case of date change. After 24 hours, our standard fee and airline rules apply.

Our Platinum plan allows customers any time change and cancellation without paying any agency service fee.

Premium & Platinum support is available 24x7x365 for change, cancellation and refund.

Depending on the plan customer selects, Travel Assist service includes:

24 hours change & cancellation: A post ticketing agency service fee will be charged besides any difference in fare if you need to change or cancel your booking within 24 hours from the original purchase. Premium and Platinum plan will avoid this potential agency service fee within 24 hours of your booking and receive a full refund, after 24 hours standard airline penalty/rules applies.

Any time change and cancellation: No agency service fee will be charged if you buy Platinum Plan (airline penalty & difference in fare for change are not covered.)

Fast pass: Premium and Platinum plan allows you to skip-the-queue and get faster customer service 24x7x365.

Rescheduling Assistance: If the airline changes their schedule, we will find the best alternative flights and re-book possibilities or help you get a full refund from the airlines.

Extra Value Bundle: Latest updates by SMS about flight delays or changes, Booking confirmation by SMS, Within 24 Hours of purchase, you may change Name, Date, Time, or Date of Birth for free. However, a fare difference (if any), will apply.

Important: Travel Assist Plan is applicable on original purchase only and it does not apply when you make a date change/reschedule on your ticket.

Note: Travel Assist Plan is nonrefundable and cannot be removed or credited once your reservation has been submitted.

As part of our low season promotion, we may refund our service fee for selected airlines and destinations.

We will notify you during the booking process if you are eligible for this promotion and your card will be charged for the full amount, including our fee.

We will refund our service fee back to the original card which will be posted between 2-7 working days, depending on the settlement policy of your card company.

Once you have received this refund, the final cost will be the same as what was displayed to you on our website at the time of purchase.

UPDATE: This promotion is no longer valid, and the fee will be billed to you if your reservation is canceled for any reason.
